Mindy's great energy and spirit is very inspiring, and I can honestly say I would have never thought to actually train for or run marathon before I began coaching with her! She has a great way of reframing things in a positive way, being non-judgmental, and truly believing in my ability to achieve my goals. - Shannon Morris, Licensed Massage Therapist, Durango, CO
Mindy's clients are diverse but have one thing in common:
They are highly motivated to make a change in their lives and commit to growth and achieving new goals. These clients are willing to consider new approaches to meeting their goals. They are willing to partner with a coach to co-create their life based on what they really want.
Do any of the statements below ring true for you?
I’ve done what I’m “supposed” to do my whole life, but I’d like to do something that really excites me… something I can be passionate about. I’ve put so much time and energy into my career, but it’s not what I really want to do anymore. My work doesn’t challenge or fulfill me like it used to, and I’d like to find a better “fit” career-wise.
I have a dream of starting my own business, but how exactly do I make it happen? With the time and energy my “day” job takes, it’s hard to know the most effective way of scheduling the steps of setting up my business. I wish I had someone to help me with a business plan and other steps to take to transform this idea from dream to reality. If my business was successful like I think it could be, I’d like to leave my 9-5 job to running my own small business full-time.
In these difficult economic times I want to make myself an indispensable employee. I’m good at my job, but I’m wondering if I can develop some additional skills to diversify my skills and capabilities to give me more job security. I’d like to be ready to offer more to a potential employer should the need arise.
I want to move up in my company, and it would help to develop leadership and other executive skills. I’ve got lots of energy, creativity and ideas to bring to the table & I’d like to create a professional development strategy for myself.
I often have a hard time communicating directly with my colleagues, friends and family, especially when I think the conversation may be a difficult one. I know I avoid having difficult conversations with my colleagues, but I hate conflict. There must be a better way to communicate with them instead of using a subtle, indirect approach that skirts around the real issues.
I’m not the leader I want to be. I’d like to have stronger leadership skills and more credibility with my colleagues and/or staff.
How do I ‘turn off’ my professional life and make time for relaxation and other pursuits? I’ve devoted most of my time to achieving my professional goals at the expense of my personal life and taking good care of myself.
I want to have the energy after work to spend quality time with my family and friends… instead of feeling “spent” at the end of most work days. I’m exhausted after long days at work and rarely have the time or energy to do things I used to enjoy. I don’t want to live like this any more.
Disorganization is running my life! I know I could function more effectively if I could only get some sort of organizational system in place. I can usually get organized when I really need to, but staying organized is a huge challenge.
My job overwhelms me. I want to learn how to work in a more sustainable way and manage work with ease on a day-to-day basis.
Do any of these situations feel familiar to you? If so, coaching can help!

In 2008, I was ready to make some big changes in my life, and Mindy came highly recommended as a coach. She has guided me through a process I was fearful of, if for no other reason than the unknown. She gave me that extra push to believe in myself and extend my wants and needs to the Universe. I had no idea I could be this successful!! Mindy helped me to see that! Her support is there no matter what and she celebrates both my little victories and big wins. I have a new confidence and spirit that I knew I had. I just couldn't reach it without her help and support. -Catherine Hines, Durango, CO
